Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Well if you haven't given any credit card or so details to become a gold manager permanently after the trial ends, I suggest to just wait it out and end your trial period. If you have then I don't think you misclicked. Try not to manage any more teams and internationals as you would eventually lose it all when the trial ends.
